The purpose of this assessment is to evaluate your understanding of the process of bringing
a new idea[Fashion product-> “1” New idea] into commercialisation, with a focus on the human resource management issues.
So, for this assessment, a full business plan is not required.
You will be required to outline the new venture concept and provide support for this idea
(including a SWOT analysis), discussion of the selection and skills/experience of the
management team/key employees, discussion of the intended organisational structure of the
organisation including board/advisors, required funding and source of funding, and timeline
for the business to emerge into profitability.
