Part 1: In your experience, what is HRs role in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace? Why is it important to create an environment where employees are engaged, supported, and feel valued? What role does mindfulness play in a diverse and inclusive workplace? How does identity and the differences employees bring to the table affect the organizational environment? Briefly explain the historical perspectives on inclusion/exclusion and diversity.
