Many times there are financial restrictions and prioritization that has to happen within an IT project. The Volkswagen group had a multitude of different projects and a very limited budget. In an example such as the Volkswagen group we have seen the dynamic not go so well.
Therefore, given example of the best approach to prioritization in IT implementation that updates the legacy system such as the Volkswagen example. Make sure to support your reasoning for what part of the IT implementation should come first be a priority.
Lastly be critical of yourself in that you are seeing multiple perspectives as to why your suggestion for a priority IT implementation segment is best.

I HAD A TEACHER NAMED THE gRade DO MY FORD MOTOR COMPANY ASSIGNMENT.  SHE ARGUED WITH ME FOR ALMOST AN HOUR WANTING $125.00 TO DO THE ASSIGNMENT.  WE FINALLY HANDSHOOK AN HOUR LATER.  I RECEIVED THE ASSIGNMENT AND IT WAS 2 PAGES, DOUBLE SPACED.  SHE CHARGED ME $80 AND DID NOT COMPLETE THE ASSIGNMENT.  SHE DID AS MINIMAL WORK AS POSSIBLE.  NOW SHE IS ASKING ME FOR MORE MONEY TO FINISH IT.  I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER ON THIS SITE FOR OVER A YEAR AND 14 WEEKS AND HAVE USED MANY MANY TEACHERS WHO HAVE BEEN ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUS!!!  I MEAN THIS TOO!!  PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW SOMEONE LIKE HER TO RUIN THIS SITE.  THIS IS A TERRIFIC-EXTREMELY HELPFUL WEBSITE!!!!  HER NAME IS   “THE gRade”!!  If there are teachers out there that can speak with her that would be terrific!!  You can check my reputation, I have paid for every assignment that was completed for me and I rate all my teachers as the VERY BEST…..BECAUSE THEY ARE!!  She is a con and a scammer and she scares me into thinking others may follow her in what she is doing!!  I am posting the assignment again, I PRAY SOMEONE CAN HELP ME.  It is a final paper and is due tomorrow.  It is worth 160 points.
