For this assignment, you are to read one of the six books:
1) It’s All Politics: Winning in a World Where Hard Work and Talent Aren’t Enough by Kathleen Reardon (2006)
2) Enron: The Rise and Fall by Loren Fox (2003)
3) Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can’t Stop Talking by Susan Cain (2012)
4) Guts! Companies that Blow the Doors Off Business as Usual by Kevin and Jackie Freiberg (2004)
5) A Whole New Mind; Why Right-Brainers Will Rule The Future by Daniel Pink (2005)
6) Good To Great by Jim Collins (2001)
You are to identify the author’s purpose for the book, its major themes, principles and concepts, and describe how those themes, principles, and concepts relate to the themes, principles and concepts presented by the text, Organizational Behavior.
In other words, I want to see at minimum four (4) concepts from your “chosen author” and how they to compare to the text: where they agree, where they don’t or if they don’t.
This is not a book review but rather it is an analysis of an outside reading, and the documentation of that reading’s relatedness to the material you have been studying throughout this class.
I will be using plagiarism software so make sure it is your own work and you cite your resources.
