Cold Chain Define and describe the importance of maintaining the “cold chain”. Refer to appropriate policies and procedures needed to enforce the maintenance thereof. Make particular reference to
HACCP.

FSANZ Describe in brief the role of Food Standards Australia with regards to food safety.
