Analysis of individual food diaries
This piece of coursework will assess how to determine whether an individuals diet is conforming to the requirements of a healthy diet. In this coursework you will maintain a food diary for 7 days (Friday to Thursday) in which you will state all the foods which you have consumed as spoonfuls. You have the opportunity to analyse your diaries and be able to determine whether your diet fits in with the recommended requirements. You will produce a 1500 word document (which includes your food diary) in which you will discuss this and some other elements such as what are the problems with asking individuals to keep a food diary and what are the limitations of the software you were using.
