•Explain what the FOCUS Methodology is and
•How it can be utilized to redesign patient care effectively

Using the information gleaned from your readings and the interview:

•What is the attitude of the nurse manager relative to the change. Substantiate your observations based on research
•Review Role and Characteristics of the Change Agent (pp 282); and discuss how many of these functions are demonstrated by the nurse manager
