YOU NEED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE IN THE SOFTWARE VENSIM! OPEN THE FILE FIRST, BECAUSE TWO WRITER CANT OPEN IT!
“Just” explain my model in the attachment. You need Vensim to open/run the simulation, so you need experiences with Vensim. It is about Amazon and Alibaba. The main points are “how the sales are changing when one of the companies get more customers”,”how the satisfaction factor plays a role in this” and “which effect the campaign for the respective company has”. When you simulate the Model you can “play” with the slides to see what happen when you increase or decrease a number. Conclusion: Customers and Sales are important here to see how the companies can maybe increase their profits/sales with new customers or not. I “just” need 3 pages of explaining how this whole model interact.
