2. Report the model that you have found to provide the best fit to explain the dependent variable

3. Explain the steps taken and the tests applied to estimate your preferred model

4. Provide an estimate of the relevant non-market value/s and give your interpretation of the estimate/s

5. Indicate any caveats you wish to append to your estimate and make suggestions for improving the valuation exercise. (clarity and conciseness of expression will be rewarded, waffle will be penalized
