If it is possible to do so for several days at a time please do so.To the greatest extent possible, fast from all media and technology use. Understandably, you may have work that requires use of computers and other technology. You may
need to communicate with friends and family and fulfill other obligations related to cell phones, laptops, and other technological devices. With that said, challenge
yourself to use technological devices the least amount of time possible in these four days. You have a four week stretch to pick the days that make the most sense for
you. Abstain from social networking, cell phone use and texting when unnecessary. Take opportunities to leave your cell phone behind (at home, in your dorm, etc.)
whenever possible. Fast from TV, movies, video games, etc, and find other things to do that require meditation, time with nature or non-technological human
interaction. As necessary and desirable, inform your friends, family, peers, social networks, etc, of your requirement to fast It will create some great
