Fact patter available on Blackboard (for your convenience I added the rent roll in Excel);
Please answer 9 out of the 14 questions from the Syllabus originally intended for Projects 1, 2 and 3 (NOT 4). By way of reminder: (A) Project #1 had four Sample Questions, (b) Project #2 had five Sample Elements, and (C) Project #3 had four Sample Intel Gaps, for a grand total of fourteen. Please answer nine. The grading rubric set forth in the Syllabus will be used for this final paper. PLEASE INDICATE, IN THE PAPER, WHICH OF THE QUESTIONS, ELEMENTS AND INTEL GAPS YOU ARE ANSWERING. Grad students please select one of the grad components from any of Projects #1, #2 or #3 and answer it in the paper too.
Papers must be limited to 5 pages in length, 12 point font, double spaced with 1 inch margins.
Papers are due by 5 o’clock PM by May 11, 2016. Feel free to submit prior to the deadline.
Papers that do not meet the guidelines set forth in 3 and 4 will be heavily downgraded.
Succinct and focused answers will be rewarded. Please do not restate items that are already set forth in the fact pattern (unless, of course, it’s done as part of your answer).
