you will select a program, quality improvement initiative, or other project from your place of employment. Assume you are presenting this program to the board for approval of funding. Write an executive summary to present to the board, from which they will make their decision to fund your program or project. The summary should include:

1) The purpose of the program or project.

2) The target population or audience.

3) The benefits of the program or project

4) The cost or budget justification.

5) The basis upon which the program or project will be evaluated.

Your goal is to build a Microsoft Access database that would meet the requirements of a textbook bartering system described in Case 2 in Monk et al. (2015) (this is your course textbook) on pp. 56-62

Deliverables

1. An ERD model drawn using Gliffy.com (or Visio). Please save it as a PNG file. Please note that there is no need to create tables in Word for Assignment 1 (see p. 58). You will create an ERD model instead.

2. You need to submit a database file (created by you personally) that contains the following elements:
• 5 tables: Customers, Services Available, Technicians, Visit Line Item, Visits
• Form (with a subform)
• 4 queries described in the case
• 2 reports
