The theme is “Denim and Diamonds” It is expected that the decoration of the ballroom will cost approximately $3000 and the entertainment will be a DJ that will cost approximately $2500. The food and wine package is approximately $45 per head. The event is expecting 350 participants.

Use a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to identify potential sites and all the vendors you would use for the event, the scope of the work they will be doing. You may expand the budget for decorations and music.
