The above assignment must focus on measures heaving equivalent effect to quantitative restrictions (MEQRS), and discuss the so called market access test accepted by the above EUCJ case in relation with the basic case law until then (originated by the landmark cases Cassis du Dison, Dassonville and Keck) and then proceed to the main discussion ofwhether the CJEU has fully embraced the market-access approach for goods and, if not, whether it should do so. Recent cases of the EUCJ either embracing the market-access test or not embracing it should also be included and discussed.
