-Why is the dilemma open-ended? (What are the gray areas?)

2.  Well-being of Others
-Who are the stakeholders and what are their interests?
-Are there any biases or rationalizations?

3.  Apply Ethical Values
-What are the options and what are the trade-offs for each stakeholder with each option?
-What is the best option and why?  (Now choose the 1 option you feel makes the most sense and explain why it is the best option)

4.  Ongoing Improvement
-What problems might occur in the future, having made this choice?

5.  Quality
-Adequately addresses all elements
-Spelling, grammar, formatting, punctuation
