Ethical Dilemma
Order Description
It’s the big state final and your school/sport has reached it! The site for the event is a neutral site with capacity for large number of spectators and its own security personnel. You get a phone call from the school principal or president where you are a coach or administrator, “Hey, congrats on making the final! A couple of my friends were planning on attending, but as you know I cannot extend any complimentary tickets – any chance you can get them in from the athlete entrance so they don’t have to pay for those tickets!” You know there are security protocols for this event based on the instructions you have received from the management group requiring all non-sport specific individuals to enter through the main gate. The request is coming from the school’s highest ranking official and you want to be in their good favor for a number of reasons including job security. You wouldn’t think the principal or president would ask you to do anything to blatantly break the rules.
