floor area of 3600m2 to be located in Durham.

Build.

A similar project was carried out for the same client for an office located in Cambridge and
procured by single stage competitive tender in September 2012. The cost exclusive of
Preliminaries, for the building, was £1150 per m2. The combined element unit cost of the
external works measured over all hard and soft landscaping was £78 per m2.
