DescriptionThis dissertation is for an Ed.D in Leadership. I chose management as the subject area but ideally it would have been Educational Leadership. I have attached a number of documents. The DIP Proposal includes first attempts at chapters 1 and 2 but they will need to be reviewed, updated with additional relevant citations and references. The methodology section needs to be updated as well I have 23 transcribed interviews to utilize. attached also are the formatting and content guidelines.
