Internet regulation

Should a federal government be allowed to regulate the information that citizens can access on the internet?
Length and format: 3-4 pages in 11-12 font size with one inch margins

Citations: 5 citations from at least two different journal sources, e.g. 2 quotes from one article, 3 quotes from another OR 4 quotes from one article, 1 quote from another. Of course you may use more than two journal articles if you like. Use MLA citation and a bibliography.
