care organizations. What roles do each play in quality and risk management, if any? What is the impact on the patient’s and care they receive?

a. Health care has become to depend on information technology (IT) to deliver, monitor, and communicate health care delivery. Discuss the role IT has on the measuring and improving the quality of care being delivered. How will the electronic medical record (EMR)/electronic health record (EHR) help or hinder the delivery of health care?
