Part 1.

As we discussed in class a mission statement is made up of the following components.

The mission of ………………(The Agency, organization etc.) (WHO)

Is to provide……….A summation of the services provided (WHAT)

To…………(Clients, customers, citizens, members etc.) (TO WHOM)

In order for them to be able to …..(Provide a benefit or service to the recipient) (WHY)

Think of an organization (Red Cross, Boy Scouts, whatever) and create a mission statement of your own for them)

Part 2.

Take the mission statement of one of your group members and create a vision statement for that organization
