To meet the learning objectives of the master apply a qualitative research method in your research and aimed at a diagnosis of one of the following subjects:

You make a clear choice for one subject from the list above and support in your report, the relevance of this topic for the practice of your organization. In any case by applying two different phase models showing at what stage of the organizational changes the practical research is focusing on. This way you demonstrate what success and failure factors are of importance. Based on the diagnosis, recommend what needs improving in the approach of change management.
In summary the practical research contains at least the following required elements:
1. support the relevance of the topic for your organization
2. at least 3 relevant, timely articles that you search by yourself via Google Scholar (or similar)
3. a diagnosis, qualitatively, focusing on the topic of the practical research
4. Analysis of the situation in practice, on the basis of phase 2 different models of
5. Organizational change associated with success and failure factors
6. Recommendations for improving the change approach.

What is the composition and structure of the practical?
Preface (you set yourself and describes the personal response to the substantive choices for your final assignment).

• Theoretical framework (brief discussion of the theories and models that you use to get a grip on your problem definition).
• Research methods and results (gives a chapter briefly the research methods you used to answer your research question and associated sub-questions. You justify the chosen research method and analysis of research data).
• Conclusions and recommendations (follow the conclusions from the results of the research. The conclusions are concisely worded and contain no new themes. The recommendations follow logically from the conclusions, no new themes and concisely worded.)
• Reflection (maximum one A4)).
