Essays should demonstrate substantive research and critically evaluate the literature on a particular topic. Essays should be approximately 5,000 words, including footnotes.
The idea for the essay is to create a space of guided freedom in which you can explore an area of world trade law that is of interest to you. Accordingly, you are free to devise the topic and scope of your research essay yourself. The following are some sample titles which may help you in thinking about the focus of your own essay.
