How is race and gender are constructed in the Americas and how are government policies and practices informed by the construction of race and gender?

The critical must:

Include a title page
Be doubled spaced, 12 point font, contain clear headings to show the logical divisions of the paper, and contain one inch margins on each side of the pages. Make sure that the pages are sequentially numbered; do not number the title page.
Draw from at least three weeks of lectures, readings, videos
