Draw the line?

In this day and age of technology, where music can be listened to almost anywhere, downloaded, but also changed, manipulated, auto tuned, and made to sell nearly perfect, We must ask ourselves one simple question; where is the line that is crossed where music is not real anymore? Art reflects life. Music is art. If music is perfect, or made to be perfect in the studio, then is it art anymore, since it does not reflect life?  So, where do you draw the line? You would be very surprised to know how many of your favorite popular culture performers must be auto tuned, and cut and spliced in order to sound good because they cannot perform very well at all.  So, again where is the line that must be drawn between Art versus perfection?  Gather your thoughts, do some research, and post your thorough answers to the above mentioned questions.
