Paper details:Choose a fictitious emergency event to use for your project. Develop a response plan for a mock disaster involving a facility you work at or one in your community. This is a single incident of your choosing such as a fire, active shooter, natural disaster, etc. We are looking for you to simulate an emergency response and use your paper as an opportunity to demonstrate what you have learned about the incident command process during the course.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Completely fill out the Excel ICS Forms which include the Cover, ICS 202-206 and the ICS Map page.
2. Since the Excel Spreadsheets do not include ICS201 – Incident Briefing, you will submit it on a Word document and you will use the sample Word Documents found below to assist you.

I have attached a Blank Excel Sheet for you to use.
For this assignment you will need to:
1. Decide who will be the Incident Commander (IC), or if needed, you can choose a Unified Command (UC).
2. Develop the five ICS functional areas and specific responsibilities for each area pertaining to your specific incident.
3. Fill out the ICS Forms as completely as possible. The more you fill in the better your grade.
Remember, you will submit both a Word document and an Excel document for this assignment.
