Consider the system (or systems) idea developed by our group in the group project for this module (Operation Vanguard) attached PPT. Write an implementation and operation plan for it, showing how it goes from concept to operational system. Explain the risks owned by different parts of the supply chain. State and describe clearly the capability (or capabilities) that will be enabled by the system.
