Describe each category of work and include an analysis of the pros and cons of each type of worker (employees, independent contractor, temps, interns, students, volunteers, and partners) in a 2-3 page paper. Also, for your current or former employer’s workforce, describe the ideal proportion of workers based on category and indicate why you allocated the various proportions to each category. You do not need to use all categories if you believe that one or more categories are irrelevant to the work being performed. Be practical and consider future liability in your choices.
