Using Peer reviewed journals, trade journals and periodicals, discuss an aspect of emergency services that is new and upcoming.

Almost any topic in the following:
• EMS
• Emergency Medicine
• Emergency Public Health
Does not have to be clinical

Research the topic. You should have a minimum of 6 sources total. Four references must be from academic, peer-reviewed journals. Two references may be trade journals, new articles or personal interviews. DO NOT use general webpages such as wikis . Invalid references will not be counted and will reduce points.

The paper is to be three (3) double-spaced pages in length (excluding bibliography) using APA format. Title pages do not count toward this total length.

Evaluation Criteria:
Presentation – 50 points
Grammar and Spelling – 25 points
Concise and understandable use of sources – 25 points

It is IMPERATIVE that students adhere to accepted practices when writing a scholarly paper. This includes proper tense, grammatical structure and documentation concomitant with the chosen documentation style.
