I have to record a elevator pitch but the first part is to create an outline for the elevator pitch.

The outline needs to have:

Introduction
Body
Conclusion

The outline should not be a script to the speech just need ideas to help me sound more natural and have concepts in my head when I perform the speech.

Some information about me:

I am currently a senior at UF majoring in Business Administration. I started my first company called Seltzer iPhone Repair where I worked all fields of the business from sales to accounting. I have also work as a real estate agent.
