Write a comprehensive elder abuse investigation and reporting policy. This policy must be original work, and may not simply be a copy of an existing policy. Minimally, the policy shall reference applicable criminal law regarding elder abuse, mandated reporting laws, collection of statements, collection of evidence, and internal agency reporting requirements.
