education in the uae and emirati teacher shortages and culture shortage
In the context of education, researchers observed many societies across the globe in which many women are unable to pursue a postgraduate education for a variety of reasons such as cultural beliefs, economical restraints, and safety (Kirdar, 2010). For example, many Cambodian women are unable to pursue a postgraduate degree in their country. In 2013, only nine percent of the PhD students in Cambodia were women. The reasons for the scarcity of female postgraduate students in Cambodia include lack of scholarship money, lack of housing near the universities, and cultural factors such as women being more willing to make sacrifices for the family than Cambodian men are (Jackson & Muong, 2014).
Add other places in which the government restricts women from getting a college degree today and explain a little.

The uae consists of many foreign teachers in the school systems. They want more emirati teachers who can properly teach because culture is imporant for students. In order to avoid the problem with foreign teachers being unable to transmit cultural knowledge and awareness to the students, the UAE governments made many investments in the establishment of teacher preparation programs that increase the number of native teachers in the country and the quality of their teaching (ADEC, 2015).
Please research why expat teachers can not teach native children their culture properly (include the research). so the uae is worried about this. Please research the education initiatives that the uae put into place to try to create and recruit emirati teachers.
Please research the connection between the benefits of natives teaching their own children. Preferably from a cultural perspective and other perspectives as well.Need aProfessionalWriter to Work on this Paper?
