1. Research the civics curriculum of a state or country at any pre college grade level.

2. Choose three standards or topics in that civics curriculum and discuss the type of citizen that the goal is trying to produce. This can be a skill that the government wants its citizens to have or knowledge a government has decided its citizens need to know.

3. Discuss why or why not you feel the 3 three standards or topics are necessary or unnecessary.
