e-business and e-commerceobjectives:
This project aims to allow students to use their imagination and creativity and come up with new solutions to online problems that they encounter every day. All great ideas start from a specific need. This need now needs to satisfied with the help of information technology.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
You will have to create an Ebusiness that focuses on one of your specific needs. Within your project, you will need to define what this need is and how you are going to satisfy it. You will also need to describe in detail your business models (App or Web based), revenue models, customer profile and target market. Remember to analyze other competitors out there that might have a similar business model to yours. Your business models need to define how you are going to compete therefore a detailed SWOT analysis will be important.
You must also define their brand including things such as colours, layout and style.
You will also need to prepare a Powerpoint presentation which you will present your Ebusiness to the rest of the class. The Powerpoint presentation needs to be a summary of the project, highlighting the most important points of your business. Remember to maintain the corporate image throughout your work.
