behavior and team development.

What I need you to do is read the case I have uploaded. Then give me
all the Dysfunctional consequences of the organizational behavior.

Give summary of dysfunctional consequences: This represents the
negative results of the dynamics of the individual activities and
group interactions stemming from the required and emergent systems.

Break down the dysfunctional consequences into 3 forms.

1. Productivity: What got in the way of the group accomplising its
required tasks? Were there any negative intrusions into the situations
of the group members? In other words, what didn’t work well?

2. Satisfaction: To what extent were close friendships comfortable
relationships, and similar positive circumstances denied or disrupted
for the group members or the group as a whole? In other words, who was
dissatisfied and why where they?

3. Growth/development: What events detracted from individual and or
group growth and development? Who had an opportunity to grow but
didnt’?

Also briefly touch on how these consequences modifies the emergent and
requied systems.
