I expect this work to be original and it shouldnt be a compilation from other papers,the diagrams should also be originally developed.I mentioned this just to make sure the writer is aware of what I am expecting. I particularly like the topic Neural Networks for Multi Instance Learning and I like topics of Deep Neural Networks as well. But it doesnt have to be Neural Networks. If the writer is proficient in any aspect of Machine Learning and could perform substantial research and develop original algorithms as well , then I would encourage the writer to mention on the chatbox before the work starts. I also want this work to have thorough Mathematical analysis with equations and algorithms wherever necessary. The pages could be increased if the writer wants more space and if I like the work.Once again any topic of Machine Learning would still do. Paper must have around 10-15 references depending on the length of the paper.Also the paper must be in IEEE format and referencing done in IEEE style as well. I intend to publish this work in top journals like Elsevier or Springer or I might even present it in a conference. So all the aspects of the paper must be precise.
