In my experience, my values play a major role in how I view my career success. Personal relationships matter more to me than money. My idea of career success is having the daily opportunity to motivate and inspire my students. If I valued money more than relationships; I would be conflicted in a career as a teacher and would most likely not view myself as successful.Class as you consider emotional intelligence, do you use one of the methods self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management?
