(Diversity thought question)
We have talked about the difficulty in communicating with people not like you. We have talked about principles of good communication. It’s tempting to say that if you’re simply a good person you won’t offend people of differing backgrounds, races, age, income level or whatever. But there’s more to it than that. What kind of person is an effective communicator across cultures?
