An X-ray technician was bribed $5000 to switch X-rays, and that person who paid the bribe will now provide to a future employer a healthy lung X-ray. The employer is the military and as a result, she will be admitted, and trained to join to a top secret team to protect the Secretary-General of the United Nations.

What are the ethical problems in this case study, and how did this behavior develop? What would you do if you were to learn of this scenario, and you were a member of the security team protecting the UN General?
