To find discussions of such issues, you can look into any academic journal in your field. Such articles, however, will be highly technical. To find less technical discussions, look in popular magazines or online in blogs and news sites.

Be aware, though, that online sources can be unreliable, and may include issues which seem controversial to those outside of a field, but are not controversial to experts)
