Your research proposal must be no more than 500 words (approximately 2 pages) and must use these headings:

1. Area of research (include the faculty, centre or school in which your course of study lies)
2. Clear statement of your research topic
3.Brief overview of previous relevant research
4.Objectives of the program of research and investigation
5.Research methods and plan including references to key literature sources
6.Proposed QUT Principal Supervisor/QUT Associate Supervisor(s)/Non QUT Associate Supervisors
7. Coursework requirements
