You are required to write a report that addresses the following task:
• Using research, analyse how Digital learning can play a role in enhancing employee development and organisational effectiveness.
• And give examples of organisations that are using or are planning to implement these methods effectively (please focus on the UK’s organisations where possible)
• At least 15 references please
Your report must be supported with relevant research material that is correctly Harvard referenced
Presentation
Your assignment should be in a report format and not be any longer than 2,500 words, excluding the reference page(s) and appendices (which should be kept to the minimum).
All references to both academic literature and other published sources must be attributed using the Harvard referencing system, which must be used accurately.
Improper citations or plagiarism will result in work being referred to the School Academic Misconduct Officer who will make a decision about any penalties that may be applied to the grade.
Students will be assessed as follows using the CAF assessment criteria which is located in the Student Common Academic Framework Handbook, the learning outcomes for the assignment and the following criteria:
• A balanced summary of key issues, concepts and theories are provided.
• Use of Sources. There is evidence of an effective research of literature. Appropriate use is made of those sources in considering the issues raised.
• Analysis/Evaluation. Ideas and concepts are evaluated critically. Areas of strength and weakness are considered.
• Presentation. All references to both academic literature and other published sources must be attributed using the Harvard referencing system, which must be used accurately.
• There is evidence of effective data gathering and research.
