The digital divide is an important topic to explore, as there are still many debates as to whether it is worth trying to fix. For this blog you will use the sources I have provided in this Chapter folder, to examine the different points of view on this topic.
After having read the PEW report, Digital Difference, what is your definition of the Digital Divide? Does it still exist and how might it differ from the Digital Divide ten years ago? Do you feel the causes are economic, cultural or something else all together? How do you think Mims interpretation stacks up against the PEW report? Does Mitra have some credit in his findings?
