Write a self-analysis of the diet based on the Nutrition Intake Reports (attached) for the 3 days recorded.

For example,
1. What nutrients were you high and low in?

2. Based of your food choices over the 3 days (Cereal, Milk, Fruits, Bread/Bagels, Pasta, Rice, Chips, Chocolate, Water, Orange Juice, Soda, Indian Naan/Curry, Mexican, Pizza, Vegetable Stir Fry, Salads) what do you think you took in more or less than the USDA recommendations of any nutrients?

3. Based on the analysis, are you at risk of developing and health problems?

4. Are there any changes you could make to make your diet more healthful?
