Order Description
This discussion covers two chapters. Note that the initial response is due on March .18th, but due to spring break, I’m not making the response to classmates due until March 30th (when classes resume). You may choose to have it done well in advance of that though, but it’s up to you.

a. Describe the various theories on the causes of rape.
b. Compare and contrast the various types of rape.
c. Is sexual harassment a serious problem? Why?
d. Why might Koss’s rape study be considered controversial?
e. What are the stipulations for spousal rape under the Model Penal Code?

From Chap. 14, everyone must choose ONE of the following to answer:

a. Compare and contrast the various stalking typologies. Explain which typology you believe is the most
comprehensive. Justify your answer.
b. What acts are prohibited under the proposed stalking statute set forth in the text?
c. What is the Total Systems Approach to stalking?
d. What is the constitutional argument in favor of allowing stalking-type activity?
e. Why is cyberstalking such a rapidly-growing (and potentially more dangerous) form of stalking?
