Abstract
The aim of this research is to explore the meat market in London through other businesses perspective considering the Italian interest in venturing into the UK market. Therefore, performing a comprehensive research geared towards understanding the underlying forces in the UK meat market. More specifically focusing on the question: is the Londons premium quality meat market potentially attractive? This review will also analyse what are the risks and benefits for expanding a business abroad and which are the key factors to ensure the success of the business.
