2. List the names or job titles of assigned personnel.

4. Create an organizational chart of the conceptual project that graphically displays reporting relationships.
5. Conduct a risk assessment of actions if unable to staff project as desired.
6. Define the roles and responsibilities of each job position.
7. Address training requirements, should staff not have the required skill sets.
8. Describe staff acquisition actions to staff internally first or to outsource based on availability of required skill sets.
9. Create a Project Team Directory with Name, Title, and Contact Number.
