describe two solutions to eliminate the lateness by Kent state University students
INTRODUCTION
Topic and Purpose
Kent state University students are always late to their classes due to the following reasons. There are not enough parking lots for them to park their cars, even if they have money to park at a meter spots. This makes parking difficult and most might park at the wrong spots just to avoid being late to class and might get a ticket or fines for this. Also, the buses at the bus station arrived late, even when the students are on time, which implies they have to wait and still get late to there avoid classes. This proposal admits that the problem relates to delayed buses and lack of parking lots. This proposal will also document two recommended solutions in order to solve these problems. KSU is doing its best to keep a very convenient environment for the students, but more can be done to help mitigate these issues.
Because of this inconvenience to some of the students, we must take action. One way to the recommendation, which will be outlined and summarized in this proposal, should be implemented to help improve the lives of the students in the University.
Scope
This proposal will summarized and clearly state the future documents generally. First the general nature of the document will be discussed; then the proposal will be outlined.

DISCUSSION OF PROPOSAL
Proposal
The proposed document will describe two solutions to eliminate the lateness, introducing the two ways individually. First solution is the buses tracking GPS that will help students to track the bus they need to take. Second one is either to build a parking garage or install parking lot sensors that would help students know if there is an empty lot instead of wasting time searching for one.
Methodology
Information about two ways solutions will be collected from existing sources: specifically management applications and services. Also, Kent state University student’s department’s facilities will be surveyed to assess reaction to such a program. Students will also be surveyed regarding their ideas about such programs as well.

Document Outline
The proposed document will include the following specific sections and subsections. This outline is preliminary in nature and may be adjusted as information is gathered.

Benefits
KSU parking system is mess, if we working on the solutions like GPS tracker bus, building parking garage, and making a sensor for parking lots then the students will be on time for the classes and they will have more spots to park and less fines. So the lives of the students will be improved.
Timeline
The research will be completed by May 1st. A rough draft will be completed by April 15, and a second draft will be prepared for discussion by April 26. The final draft, with any suggested revisions, will be completed by May 10 for submission to the KSU.
