A well-written marketing plan without a comprehensive monitoring process will eventually fail. List 3-5 key operational, personnel or financial indicators (goals) to evaluate the effectiveness of your final marketing plan and explain their importance.

Strategic alliance with other organization is a commonly used strategy in today’s healthcare environment. Assume that you were the administrator at ABC hospital that will sign a contract with XYZ hospital to form strategic alliance. The physician leader at your hospital disapproves this deal and tells you that he will resign once the contract becomes effective. How will you respond to the physician leader?
(a formal agreement between two or more entities (in this case, two hospitals) to cooperate in meeting market needs. An alliance can be in the form of a merger (and you may certainly assume a merger in the context of the discussion question, if you would like), but an alliance can be any business agreement or arrangement to work in cooperation.
Be sure to offer substantive rationale/support for the stance and/or actions that you would take in response to the physician leader.
