Task description – research about CF and present the findings to two audiences:
1. a group of doctors and nurses
2. a group of patients and patients’ carers

For each audience you will need to:
1. provide a description of the disease you are presenting, including signs and symptoms of the disease
2. discuss the cause/s of the disease including the specific details of the body cell, cell structure, body system/s involved in the disease
3. discuss the treatment options and long term implications (morbidity and /or mortality) of the disease

the research will follow specific format : Section 1, Section 2, Section 3, References and appendix

Section 1: the info about the disease will be presented to a panel of doctors and nurses in a formal and technical language. eg description of disease symptoms and signs
Section 2 : info about the disease will be presented to patients and their relatives using everyday terminology to describe the disease eg your understanding of the disease and the body system it relates to.
Section 3: is CF a disease of the cell or does it affect a number of body systems.

use at least 5 references from 3 different sources (books, journals, internet). the first page of each article/web page and title page of each book must be included as an appendix.

the the report must be typed with 1.5 line spacing using Times Romans in 12
